Problem with relative products

Hello.
We are having the following issues with the relative products functionality.

1. Almost every time we refresh a product page the relative products appear and disappear in random order and do not stay the same or appear in the same order. See this video : https://www.loom.com/share/90d835e6b3484ce6b13ad71e8322bf73

2. We have a product and it’s consumables. As you can see we use for both the product and the consumables the same, unique tag. The problem is that in the related products carousel random products appear ( random consumables ) that do not belong there and DO NOT have the unique tag that we use to connect the correct products with it’s consumables.

Hello,

1) Relative products are due to tags or same category. Like when you use the same categories for some products then they also shown in related products section. So you need to make sure that either you are using tags or categories for this purpose.

2) Deactivate your third party plugins and then check back the site.
