problem with scroll down megamenu (blackboard)

I created a megamenu with elemontor on an html block and when I apply it on the menu everything works fine except when I scroll down the page and I reopen the menu window opens with a blackboard.
i’m using elementor what i need to do please ?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us to check. Please deactivate WP Bakery page builder. You can use one builder at the same time. You are using Elementor.
