Problem with sort product

I don’t know why my page category-product working http://prntscr.com/ouh3vh , but after that I hover my navigation to show html-block, sort overlay http://prntscr.com/ouh4cr.

How can i hide it when hover?.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue. These plugins are no longer required: Redux Framework, CMB2, please delete them.

We suspect that this is the issue of plugins conflict, so deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and activate them one by one to discover which one influence.
