Problem with woodmart theme or woocomerce?

Hello,

I am using the WoodMart theme on my WooCommerce site, and I’ve encountered a recurring issue with the “Thank You” page after placing an order.

After clicking the “Place Order” button during checkout, the system correctly redirects to the /order-received/ URL (e.g. https://dea-shop.eu/order-received/32784/?key=wc_order_…), but instead of seeing a confirmation message (e.g. “Thank you. Your order has been received”), the page either:

redirects to the homepage

shows no order details

or loads blank content

I’ve confirmed that:

All WooCommerce system pages and endpoints are correctly set in the settings

The thankyou.php template exists in /woocommerce/checkout/ and contains the correct WooCommerce hooks

Pretty permalinks and .htaccess are configured properly

The issue persists only when WoodMart is active

When I switch to a default theme (e.g. Storefront or Twenty Twenty-One), the thank you page works as expected.

Could you please advise if this is a known issue with the theme or demo content (e.g. Electronics), and how it can be resolved?

You can do everything to find the problems

It caused by Elementor Pro plugin. I deactivated it, and it worked again https://ibb.co/JRg6BZCc

You can keep it activated but please remove shop templates-related. https://ibb.co/Xhdnp08

In case you want to build custom product layouts, I kindly recommend you to use Custom Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder, then you can place it where you want. And you can build layout for specific products.
