Problem with WPbakery templates from Woodmart

I have a problem with WP bakery working properly. I’m trying to add content based on a template and nothing is loading. I can see the loading icon all the time.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

We are using only WPML. However, I have also disabled this plugin and nothing has changed. I provided login details in the first post.

We still have a problem with WPBakery but not all the time.

Sometimes all working fine on one PC but not working on another.
In JS console we have ReferenceErrors

We tried with all plugins disabled and nothing changed.

The reasons for the problem were the empty file wp-admin/js/iris.min.js?ver=1.0.7

We have restored this file. Now it works correctly.
