    Hola, realice cambios en mi plantilla pero no se muestran no se quedan guardados, que puedo hacer.

    No puedo cambiar el footer de mi pagina, no se guardan los cambios que realizo en las configuraciones del tema, ayuda por favor

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme.

    Clear cache and check back. If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Theme Setting’s “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.

    Hola de nuevo, yo tengo el acceso al hosting pero no tengo la aplicación de mod_security, en este caso solicito eso al proveedor o me puedes ayudar haciendo ese cambio en el hosting?
    Y una pregunta más, si se desactiva este módulo no tendré problemas de seguridad? recuerde que es una tienda virtual.

    Unfortunately, we can’t turn off this option for you because the hosting setup is not part of our support. You can ask your hosting support to help you and ask them a security question.

    Ok entendido entonces pido ayuda al hosting para solucionar el problema de mod_security. Y si ese no es el problema que me permite guardar los cambios en el tema que debo hacer?
