Problemas para alterar cabeçalho

Não consigo alterar a header mobile e descktop do site do meu cliente. Coloquei um print da tela em anexo. Como faço para corrigir esse erro

I saw the screenshot you attached. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme.

Clear cache and check back. If the problem continues then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

This issue may be connected to the PHP max input vars limit parameter in your web server configuration. You can check the current value for this parameter in your Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> System status.

Usually, this parameter is not allowed to be changed on shared hosting so you will need to contact your server providers and ask to increase this limit. Recommended value for this is 5000.

I have checked your website and the value is not equal or greater than 5000.

A alteração solicitada já foi feita. O parâmetro limite máximo de vars de entrada do PHP na configuração do servidor da web agora está igual a 5000. Como devo proceder agora?

Now clear cache and check back. The header builder is saving changes absolutely fine on my end.

As an example for you I have added a topbar to the website and its working absolutely fine now.
