Buenas tardes, he intentado de todas las formas posibles, tras actualizar los plugins del theme y del themeplate, pero es imposible poder solucionar la visibilidad tanto en tablet como en mobile.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

The issue is because of the slider revolution which you have used for the mobile and tablet. I have disabled that slider for all devices and enable the dsktop slider revolution for all devices now the site is working fine: https://prnt.sc/SHyOOzUDx4I_

Please recheck the mobile slider settings again or create the new slider for mobile and use it.

I have reverted my changes to the old settings you have set before.

Now the issue is on the tablet because of the slider revolution you have used for the tablet and mobile. Please check the slider layout settings for the mobile and tablet. Or create the new slider and use it on the page for mobile and tablet.

I have added the small custom CSS code in the page, please check it now how it works now for the Tablet view.

So the problem is that you have adjusted the content of the slider “slider-1” so that its layers are not displayed when the screen is enlarged from 1023px to 778px. Because of this, your slider is visible, but the content of the slide itself is hidden.

To fix this problem, you needs:

0. Remove all custom CSS codes provided earlier.
1. Go to “slider-1″ editor settings.
2. Select the Layout section inside “MODULE GENERAL OPTIONS”. (https://prnt.sc/rgyqWQAHY6xa)
3. Enable the whole slide on the browser width 1023 – 778 (https://prnt.sc/rfnf7O_fELX-).
4. Select each slide layer in turn, go to the layout settings of each slide layer, and turn on the visibility of each layer on the screen width 1023 – 778 (https://prnt.sc/v12V_PVDS5TS).
5. Adjust the slide layer’s position and styles, similar to how that was done for smaller browser widths.
