probleme elemontor?

I have two elementor problems and the home page image does not produce well see image if below and the 2 problem I am connected to admin but impossible to modify the home page with elemontor?

Add the following Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

}
