Problems after latest Woodmart Update

    Hi, for the last two days I have had issues with your theme update. The symbols are not showing properly and the site is screwed up in between. What all did I do?

    1. I deactivated all plugins not related to your theme
    2. I created new admin password
    3. I gave you admin log in
    4. Did everything you have asked me for

    When deactivating all plugins not related to you nothing changes. Problem still accures. It did work once and symbols showed for like 20 minutes but then it just flipped back.

    PLEASE tell me how to fix it. I can not keep my shop deactivated for over two days by now.

    All this occured after the new woodmart theme update. Its really urgent now…

    Update – the problems right now only accure on the pages home. Once I change to any other page everything is correct.

    Hi, another problem popped up in relation to the theme update: On both home pages I have two big pictures that include buttons. They are actually green. If I open the WPbakery they are still green. When I log out the buttons are white with white test… See pictures attached

    I just realized another issue: I added a site to my main menue which doesn’t show on the home pages. Only in the shop it shows that I have added this extra menu page. So all the issues are related to the home page. Nobody will see this new product cause of that. They only might find it my accident. I hope after three days this can be fixed today. Thanks

    I cannot login with the credentials you have provided. Please check if you have set any blocking configuration on your server by IP or others. If you have set, disable them for the while we are checking and trying to solve the problem.

    It is working right now. Not sure why but it is working. Will contact you in case it will appear again. You mentioned so that there is css files missing. Does this need to be changed?

    Can you try to disable this? This appears even when all the plugins have been deactivated. I tried to enter the site from different browsers and I can not log in.

    This is a new cookie information which is required in Germany. I had to upload it to fullfil German requirements. But everything worked well after I uploaded it. It only appeared after updating your theme.Rest see down below.

    But as mentioned, the pages work fine right now on my computer but not on my cell.

    The problem is caused by page caching http://prntscr.com/pt4r7f as you can see the styles are taken from autoptimize plugin however there are no files.

    Shop page, as well as cart pages, are not cached that is why everything works properly on the pages. http://prntscr.com/pt4rzt

    Please deactivate the cache for the pages.

    Hi, just deactivated it and now the problems are all back. And not only on my cellphone but on my computers as well… Sorry, but this is soooo frustrating. The update of your theme really is causing problems that weren’t there before. Its been going on for days and costs me money since it is not working properly…See down below…

    Hi I related some troubles too after last update.

    I disabled all caches CDN and clear everything

    the problems concern:

    Discount voucher
    Checkout
    Ajax add to cart
    cart
    order validate

    Please could you check that.

    I have no clue what you want me to do…. I checked and it still doesn’t work…. Sorry, but the problems must have been caused from your theme, since everything worked perfectly fine before I updated the theme.So what is it that you want me to check and how??? PLEASE make it work. All that was fine before.

    Hello,

    If you change the theme from WoodMart for any default theme and then view the site, you will see the WoodMart instead of the default theme. It means that the cache is working. You need to disable the cache. If you do not know how to do it, please contact your host support and ask them to do it.

    Like it or not. Cache is deactivated. Checked with my host but still the wording flips back and forth. English – german – english. With every other change of sites it switches back and forth. Sorry, but I can’t simple deactivate everything. Your theme only doesn’t make a shop work I am afraid. This has been goin on for more than 5 days and again all started with the update of your theme. Even going back to an earlier update won’t work cause than I would loose all current orders, payments etc…. So whats now? Cache with host turned off as well and as you mentioned earlier Autoptimize is deactivated too. Computer caches are cleared. Don’t know what else to do…ITS NOT WORKING PROPERLY

    No it says ANMELDEN/REGISTRIEREN in the top left and when I go to SHOP it says LOGIN/REGISTER and entering that section its all in english too. Doing that on any other page its all in german…And it as well keeps flipping back and forth. See above message too
