Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
Currently your website Dashboard is not working.
You can try deactivating plugins using FTP:

etonovasashaParticipantCould you please answer on the question above?

etonovasashaParticipantYou wrote about translations: “You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3
Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.”
But in my case after update the language has changed, is it normal? Should I translate one more time?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
1) The Theme is updated and also the plugins and the colors are the same as was previously set. We haven’t changed anything. If you want to restore them to a previous state then it’s not possible you can only restore them to defaults.
2) Translations will be lost after you update the Theme. Here is a Solution to that, Let’s take an example you are using English for US language on your site, and the language files are en_US.po and en_US.mo, Now rename those files as woodmart-en_US.po and woodmart-en_US.mo and place those language files under wp-content/languages/themes It will not be overridden again whenever you will update the Theme same as for other languages you are using.

etonovasashaParticipantHello
1) after update nothing remained, everything changed to default((((
2)ok
I activated all the previous plugins but cant’t find Feedback section in Admin menu. My forms don’t work ([contact-form][contact-field label=”Имя” type=”name” required=”true” /][contact-field label=”Телефон” type=”phone” required=”true” /][/contact-form]) And I can’t find all the data from this forms. Were those forms part of the previous theme settings, do you know how to restore the data?If I want to restore 1) and 2) I can restore back up and try to save settings before updating, right? But there were new products and orders added on site in the recent days. Is it possible to save them if I will restore backup?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
1) From which version of the Theme you are trying to update to the latest version?
2) There is no option available to save the date of the woocommerce plugin in Theme Settings available.
You can try using a plugin that imports/exports woocommerce orders and products.
Regards.
