Problems after updating

Good morning
Yesterday I have updated the theme and some new problems have been faced.
1. Why my customizations (sidebar filters, single product add to cart button position) have been disappeared????? Why should I create them again if I activated the child theme?

2. If you go to my website – product category page , you will see that product heights differ from each other . I was not that way before updating

1. Yes, it is possible that widgets may be missed after theme switching. But this is WordPress behavior and you will have to add your widgets again to the right widget area after the switch to another theme and the child theme is not an exception. Unfortunately, we can’t impact the situation in our theme scope.

2. Please, describe to us your problem in a bit more detail. Attach some screenshots and provide us with a list of steps on how to reproduce it on your website.
