Problems after upgrading to the last update

Can I go to the old version as the last version is a mess and caused us many problems. I already doubled my resources in the web hosting and still not enough. Also, please take a look at the product page in the below link via mobile and see how the images look. Please help me ASAP. Also, sometimes the desktop version header there is no logo, menu, links just the blue header.
