Problems cannot solve with theme

I have a few issues i cannot fix with the theme.

I want to give details as to the website but I dont want to share sensitive information on a public forum.

Can we do team viewer? how can i receive help on this.

i cant upload my word document with my issues and screenshots, it says its too big. its only 800kb. i cant split the document as it contains all points and attached screen shots

1) You need to install and use the loco translate plugin to translate the text. You can watch the video in our detailed documentation in the following link:

3) Unfortunately, there is no option in Theme Settings to apply restrictions to the products as you described. Because the products are WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence them.

2,4,5) Please make sure that you have added some relevant screenshots of the specific areas to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

You can upload the images online and then add the links in the message. e.g https://imgbb.com/

I saw the screenshots you attached in the document.

1) Please add some product categories to the categories menu from Appearance >> Menus >> Edit Categories Menu.

And make sure that each category has products assigned to it.

2) To add categories in the shop sidebar you need to Go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Shop Page widget area.

4,5) For the logo please add the logo to the website and provide the URL to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

6) To Enable mobile bottom navbar you need to Go to Theme Settings >> General.

I have provided a link below for you to view the logo. the logo at the top of the page is very poor quality, yet the same logo file attached at the bottom of the page it displaying perfectly.

We wish to correct the logo quality at the top of the page.

In reference to 6 (the sticky bar for mobiles) I wish to modify which buttons and their respective icons are showing. Also I will be adding my own custom built page into the site under the same domain. I would like to know how to copy its code into this custom page so when its also viewed on mobiles it can be used.

Please do browse the pages and you will see the logo presentation at the top is not consistent, size appears different on various pages. I would like it to remain the same for all please.

Additionally, despite making all of my customisation’s and categories products, etc etc. When anyone outside tried to view the live site, it still displays to them the default them as if no customisations have been made to the site.

Yet when I login to wordpress I can see my customised theme.

Why is it not showing our site with all the changes we have made to the public?

Hi i have not received any response. Also another problem has occurred, the site is broken when adding www. to the domain setting in wordpress – settings – general. None of the icons or correct fonts show properly.

If i revert to http:// and remove the www. everything works

How can this be fixed

the site only displays correctly if the www. is not set in the url for the website.

1) I have visited your website and it seems that you have used logo image that is large. You need to resize it to 100-150px in width and reupload to your header.

2) To change the buttons in the mobile bottom navbar you need to Go to Theme Settings >> General >> Mobile Bottom Navbar.

3) The Changes you made to the shop are displayed on the frontend. Please clear cache and check back.

4) After changing the URLs of the website you need to Regenerate CSS from WoodMart >> CSS Generator.
