Problems with Promo Pop Up and WPML

Hello,
I have installed Woodmart theme to use in a WooCommerce store that has German language as default. I was able to install it and use WPML plugin with it, but I have noticed that the promo pop up that appears when clicking on Newsletter link is not working with the second language (English in my case, because German is the main language). Also I can’t figure how to translate strings that are inserted directly into theme options panel, like cookies messages and Promo pop up text too.
Any help please?

You need to create a separate HTML block in English, just clone the template and translate https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#posts_products_page

Navigate to WPML > String Translation > enter the shortcode into the search and insert the shortcode of the translation.

Navigate to WPML > String Translation > Choose the admin_text_woodmart_option from the dropdown and find the title and the content block http://prntscr.com/lx5qpz

HTML blocks are translated in a different way depending on the location they are applied. If you need more help, give more details

Thank you very much for your help. I was able to translate many strings that are inserted directly into the theme options panel, but I didn’t find the string for compare page while it is empty (“Empty compare text” string), could you please help me more?
As for the promo pop up, I already created the English version for it, and inserted its shortcode via WPML (String Translation), but it still doesn’t work when I click on “NEWSLETTER” link in the English version (Enlgish version link is attached, please visit it and try to click on “NEWSLETTER” link at the top and you will see that nothing happend, but in German (default) language it is working just fine).
So now I just want to know how to translate the empty compare page text, and to make the promo pop up visible when clicking on “NEWSLETTER” link in English version, just like in German version.

Yes I did that, but there are strange things happens, for example when I translate a string via String Translation, something else becomes not working (Like cookie translation becomes the same in both website language etc..), Also I noticed sometimes changes made via theme options panel are not saved, I don’t know why.
I will give you admin access (In English) so you can check these problems for me. Thank you in advance.

Yes I was able to translate the cookie text (I told you in one of my reply that I was able to translate many strings that are inserted directly into the theme options panel), but the problem that I still have is that I’m not able to translate the compare text page (See attachment), also please check the Promo pop up in the English version by clicking in the “NEWSLETTER” link as I told you before, it is working only on German language (the default one).
So right now I’m facing these problems:
1- Not able to make the “NEWSLETTER” link opens the promo pop up in the English version, even thought it is working in the default language (German). You can try ti click in the top right menu in the English version to check it.
2- Not able to translate the compare text when it is empty (See the attachment). I didn’t find it in the String Translation.
3- Sometimes strange things happens, but for now I hope you can help me to fix the first and second problems first, then I will test if the 3rd one is still there.

1. Synchronize menu in WMPL > Synchronize menu

2. “compare text when it is empty” has been already translated

3. Please refer the WPML documentation or contact support. WMPL is a quite complicated plugin and requires time to configure

1. Menu Synchronized, but still the newsletter pop up doesn’t appears in English version;
2. “Compare text when it is empty” it is not translated to English, just the title is translated but the text is still in German (I have surrounded the text in the attachment in red to highlight it for you, but it looks you still didn’t noticed it).
3. I know that WPML is complicated but this is not the first time I configure it and I refer to its documentation when needed, but problems described here I think they are related to your theme, that’s why I’m contacting you. I have attached 2 screenshots for clarification.

Hello, this is me again.
I just noticed that the newsletter pop up in English version is working now after synchronizing menus (Sorry, I didn’t noticed it before because the NEWSLETTER menu item was duplicated, the first one was not working, but the second works).
Thank you so much, and I waiting for your help about the “Empty compare text” as described in my last reply and highlighted in the screenshot.
