I am trying to understand how to properly use the “Product Additional Information Table” feature to create tables for product details. Unfortunately, I could not find any documentation or tutorial explaining this process.

Could you kindly provide a guide, documentation, or video tutorial demonstrating how to create and customize the additional information table?

For this you should create the page in the Woocomemrce layout builder, and then create the single product page with the builder and use the Product additional information table widget in the layout, please read more details here:
