Product Archive Loading Problem

Hi,
I got a problem with the loading of the product archive. With the infinite scroll when there are nothing more to load
products overlap, especially on mobile.
The same problem happens with pagination and the load more option.

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Hi, can you check from safari? I’ll link the URL a page as example http://bouncyparticle13.sg-host.com/brand/eichbaum/ . I just noticed that also on desktop I still have the same problem.

Sorry for misunderstanding, we have checked your site and found the issue. This issue is caused by your custom code that makes product images look different depending on screen width (https://prnt.sc/QO8-Wk3BTC0N). This custom code is incompatible with masonry grid option that you have enabled for your products (https://prnt.sc/5Y1ax0SPFz6G). That issue has only two solutions: remove your custom code or disable masonry option for product grid.

Thank u for the response. The shop archive problem seems to be resolved, but i noticed a similar problem with the personalized layout I created for the brand archive. When the products load, the last two colums has the class .col-lg-4 instead of .col-lg-3.
