“Product attributes” can’t be translated

I need your help because is not possibile to translate inside the product page the “Product attribute” phrase to another language.
I attach the screenshot of the product page.
I use WPML and is not possible to find that string.
I wait for your kind reply.

I already seen that documentation and I didn’t find the information that I need in order to translate the phrase “Product attributes” I attache the screenshot with the highlighted red frame in order to show you better what I mean.
