    Hi,
    I am having issues with the following features.
    Could you please help ?
    Thanks !

    – Attribute dropdown will be replaces with squared buttons – doesn’t show up on either option (size & color). It has been activated on each option (ex. attachment)
    – Woo Layered Nav (color, size) – doesn’t shop up on Shop Page whereas it’s been added in Widgets.
    – Attribute Swatches don’t work on product grid (color)

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Please deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Hello,
    We followed your instructions and we still have the same issue.
    I am sending you the credentials in Private content.
    Please do not deactivate these three plugins – SSL, Updraft and Loco.
    This may affect the website.

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website and tested by creating a test attribute and product after deactivating all the third-party plugins and the option is working fine means the issue is not with our theme issue is with your products.

    Please try recreating the products then clear cache and check back.

    I have activated all the third-party plugins back as was before.
