I have a post. I put products within the post. The product image is set to ‘thumbnail’ however the image appears as a large one. See the website link: https://sacsons.com/what-is-the-best-moisturiser/ What is the issue here? I have tested by removing all CSS code and all plugins not required for woodmart. The image problem persists. Please help.https://sacsons.com/what-is-the-best-moisturiser/

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Basically the product images are controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence this. WooCommerce Allows some settings that you can find under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.
You can read ou detailed documentation for further help:

hugitiParticipantI have been in touch with woocommerce and they say this is a theme conflict.
Your theme is inconsistently displaying product images.Your theme has unique ‘add elements’ within WP bakery to add product images with options to select from so this a feature from Your theme not Woocommerce.
I prove this because when l create a NEW PAGE and import a product image and select ‘medium size’ your product image displays as a full blown image. BUT when l create a NEW POST and import a product image and select ‘medium size’ your product image displays as a medium image. So yes your theme does allow to change the size of images but it has a error here and l would like you to help me fix it.
I do not appreciate that you are not taking responsibility of your theme and pushing me to a third party when the issue is 100% within your theme.
Please assist me as to why the product image is not reducing in size within the NEW PAGE but it is responsing correctly within the POST PAGE.

hugitiParticipantHi Aizaz,
I have deactivated ALL my third party plugins. I have deleted all CSS custom global coding. I have deleted all Customised coding.
The product image in a WEB PAGE set to ‘Thumbnail’ size still appears as a full size image. Thanks in advance.

hugitiParticipantHi,
Please proceed to enter the site as the only developer within it. All 3rd party plugins and customised css coding has been removed and deactivated.
Please check Post and Page where image set to thumbnail size appears blown up and badly pixelated.
PAGE https://sacsons.com/12202-2/
POST https://sacsons.com/what-is-the-best-moisturiser/In addition to the image issue. There is a coupon code issue. Please see attachment.Once user enters code into CART the code goes through. However if user enters the code into CHECKOUT page the code results in an error message. A new code has been made however the issue persists.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
1) Your issue with the images for page and post was due to the columns settings in the Element. In the page you were using the columns to 1 that was causing the product image to blur.
Screenshot for Clarification: https://gyazo.com/3918f0732e7844bbf217a7f558324012
I have set it to 4 columns as in the post and the image is working fine.
Please clear cache and check back.
2) And for the coupon issue please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
Because the Coupon codes are woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
Regards.
