Product Carousel, 2 Wide On Mobile. Is this possible?

On the home page, in our Mama Favs section the carousel displays 4 images on desktop, 3 on tablets, and 1 one phones. We’d like to have it display 2 images on phones (so it looks like our related products sections do on mobile).

I’m sure this is something simple I’m missing. Please help 🙂
