When you use the Woocommerce layout builder actually create a template as you usually do.

You need to use the builder element or widget settings to align the elements or set the width. Our support does not cover the service of template creation as per request. You need to manipulate the column settings to set the widgets and align them.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I tried to deactivate the plugins you mentioned above and activate it one by one after. Then I went to layout and I open the one I created in elementor but It can’t be open and there’s a message pop up. I attached the screenshot. Thanks.

I think we are not on the same page. Pop Up is not my concern, I don’t need the pop up for now.

I made a new design for single product at the layout tab but when I tried to make revisions, it can’t be update and there’s a message says: “server error (500 error)”

I uninstalled some of the plugins then I tried to create a new layout for single product. At first, yes, it works but when I refresh the dashboard, now I cannot open the new layout I created and this message appear. I attached a screenshot.

I now deactivated the Dropshipping plugin and then try to open the new layout in elementor but nothing happens, still can’t edit it.
