Product catalog sorting set up to 48 items, shows less

Greetings,

I’ve set up to show 48 items yet it shows 46, then gives second page via pagination and there is only 1 items out there. The grid isn’t showing correct number of items on the last row.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? Using other themes, you will have 12 products per page. Go through all the pages and check if it displays all products correctly.
