Product categories and more items not working

Hello WoodMart Support Team,

I am using the WoodMart theme with an active license and valid support.

I am facing several serious issues while trying to build my Shop page:

1. Product Categories:
– Product categories do not display properly on the Shop page.
– I cannot create clean category layouts (2 or 3 categories per row).
– Category images are cropped and cannot be fully displayed.
– There are almost no usable settings to control category layout, size, or shape (circle, styled, etc.).

2. Slider issues:
– I cannot create a proper slider for the Shop page.
– Slider options are very limited and Elementor does not appear to be available for this section.

3. Elementor & Builder limitations:
– Elementor does not show category-related widgets in many places.
– Compared to other themes (even free ones), building category sections is much more difficult.

At this point, it feels like something is wrong with the theme setup or configuration.
Please let me know:
– If this is a known issue
– If there is a recommended way to properly build category sections
– Or if this requires technical support intervention

You cannot edit these functional pages with a page builder directly. Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts and for portfolio pages. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for the shop page and add the product categories and slider widget.
