I’m facing an issue with product category archives.Issue description
I have a parent category:
Vernici & Smalti
with the following subcategories:
Stucci e Collanti
Pitture per Interni
Pitture per Esterni
Pitture Decorative
Smalti
Vernici per FerroAll subcategories:
contain products, have correct parent–child hierarchy, have category thumbnails, show correct product count in WooCommerce admin.
However:
only one subcategory (“Pitture per Interni”) displays products correctly all other subcategories load as empty pages (no products shown)Example URLs

Could you please solve my problems:
You can disable the plugin or plugins that might be preventing categories and subcategories from displaying correctly. However, I think the reason is different.

casaecolori.itParticipantSome product subcategories have started to display correctly, however several categories are still not loading properly.
Current behavior:
For some product categories/subcategories, the page loads with header and menu, but the content area is completely blank (no products, no layout).
Other categories work correctly.The issue is inconsistent and affects only certain category URLs.

Cache and optimization plugins were tested and cleared.
WP Rocket is currently disabled.
The issue persists even without cache.
Homepage works correctly – but lowly (very ,owly).Some categories work, others do not.
Please advise:
What could be causing only certain product category pages to display blank content?
Is this related to WoodMart product archive templates, category settings, or theme configuration?
What exact steps should I take to resolve this issue?You may disable any plugins you consider necessary for debugging purposes — this is not a problem for me.
I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

casaecolori.itParticipantAdditionally, could you please run diagnostics on the homepage loading performance? It’s taking about 30 seconds to load, which is unusual. The only changes made were image replacements and conversion to WEBP format. Google PageSpeed Insights fails to complete the speed test for the homepage and returns an error.

However, a few more issues have appeared.
First, the homepage is still loading very poorly.
Second, the GT-Translate plugin at the top of the homepage is not working.
Third, Google sign-up / registration is not working.
And the payment methods are not working and are not active.

Regarding the GTranslate and payment options, Please Navigate to Plugins and activate the relevant plugins, then it will work on your site.
For the home page speed, our theme is optimized for speed and should not significantly slow down your website. However, it’s possible that your website’s performance is affected by the content you have added. For instance, the use of too many plugins, large unoptimized images, or other resources can slow down your website.

You currently have many plugins doing the same job, which slows the site. Please keep only the essential ones: WooCommerce, Woodmart Core, your page builder (Elementor or WPBakery – only one), WP Rocket, your active payment gateway(s), SEO plugin, and WP Mail SMTP. You can safely remove extra cache plugins, unused payment gateways, duplicate optimization/image tools, and any plugins not connected to active features.

Regarding the homepage: I further compressed all the images yesterday. Now, they are between 200-300 KB each. While the loading speed has improved, it is still quite low. Could you please check what else might be slowing down the page?Attachments:

01. To make them clean and aligned, the images should have uniform dimensions and similar aspect ratios. When images have different sizes or proportions, the grid becomes uneven.
Please upload the images to the same size and the grid will display correctly.
02. After conducting a speed test on your website via PageSpeed, I recommend that you review the below suggestions:
Render blocking requests: enable this https://take.ms/BuPV8 option in Theme settings to make it better.
-LCP request discovery: Make the images lighter.
-Network dependency tree: replace the fonts from Google to the local https://take.ms/o9CcC
