Product Category Description Using HTML Block Problem

I created a HTML Block for product category description. I use Tex Block element, Information Box element. Everything is fine except heading 2 (h2) is set for the whole paragraph.

hello, it was my mistake. But in the text block, I have some Bold Text but it does not show.

Hello, is that the problem of the theme ? I cannot even update WPBakery Page Builder. I have tried to delete WPBakery Page Builder, then reupdating the plugin but it still shows there is an update.
Can you fix the automatic update fuction ?
