nigelm@surrey.digitalParticipantI have added the Woocommerce product category element ono this page.
The particular product category has over 400 items, i have set the number of products to show at 24 but am unable to understand how to enable pagination so that website visitors can browse the whole collection.
Can you please advise??
January 8, 2024 at 4:54 pm #527945Hello,
Now I have checked your site and the pagination is showing fine on your category page.
Screenshot for clarification:

nigelm@surrey.digitalParticipantYes I changed from the WooCommerce Category element to the Woodmart Category element which did indeed show the pagination but it created an additional problem in that when using the product filters it defaulted to the shop template rather than remaining on the https://insight-traction.com/knowledge-bank/image-bank/ page which is what I need.
I’ve now reverted back to using the WooCommerce category element and the filtering is working perfectly but there is no pagination.
Can you please help? i either need the Woodmart Catergpoy element to remain on the https://insight-traction.com/knowledge-bank/image-bank/ page when filtering or the WooCommerce category element to display pagination.
January 9, 2024 at 11:50 am #528195Hello,
You are using the custom layout of the theme for this category? Can you please share some screenshot or send a small video to reproduce the issue on your site. Also share the wp logins details so i will check and give you a possible solution
Best Regards.

nigelm@surrey.digitalParticipantIve added the category element to a static page.
https://insight-traction.com/knowledge-bank/image-bank/
When I click on the filter options on the left I get directed to the shop page template but I the filter results to remain on the static page and not direct to the shop:
January 9, 2024 at 4:25 pm #528320Hello,
You are using the custom page for filters that is why it is not working.
You can use Woocommerce builder of WoodMart allowing you to create custom templates for product pages and other functional pages that are not editable by default. Woocommerce builder is the inbuilt functionality widget included in the builder you use on the site. You can create a custom layout in the page builder as per your need.

nigelm@surrey.digitalParticipantI need it to be a ‘normal’ page so that I can design and customise it as it is part of a wider website project.
January 10, 2024 at 9:59 am #528511Hello,
You can create a custom layout for categories page and customize the layout design in the page builder which you are using.

nigelm@surrey.digitalParticipantI don’t think this approach will work as I don’t want the users to be directed away to a category page when they select a filter, I want them to remain on this page so creating a custom category page won’t achieve this,
January 10, 2024 at 4:36 pm #528750Hello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Best Regards.
