Product Category Navigation

In Elementor there is a element labeled “Product Categories” that is added from the Woodmart theme. If the source is set to “Woocommerce Query” you get the choices of “Navigation” or “Grid” however only the “Navigation” type provides options for:

• Show current category ancestors
• Show category neighbors if there is no children

Is it possible to get these options when using the “Grid” type? We would like to utilize the carousel feature and create a layout for product archive pages. Right now the only options for the “Grid” type is to use a custom query which doesn’t work out when trying to apply a template to children product categories.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

Is it possible to put in a feature request for something like this? I’m sure I could fiddle around with my child theme enough to make something but if something like this can be officially supported that would probably be best.
