2303805254ParticipantThere’s an issue with the product color chart display; color attribute settings are not taking effect after adding variable products.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please try deactivating the “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce” plugin temporarily and check the theme’s built-in swatches.
WoodMart has its own swatches system, and sometimes external swatch plugins can conflict, causing color attribute settings not to apply correctly.

2303805254ParticipantAfter disabling the plugin, the information for selecting the size and style will change to the style shown in the picture. I don’t want this folded style. Does WoodMart support modifying it to the style of the picture I sent before

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Our theme supports attribute swatches, which can be set up globally (from Products > Attributes) and then displayed as text, color, image swatches instead of dropdowns.
You can read more here https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/variable-products-and-swatches/ and https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/attribute-swatches/
If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

2303805254ParticipantHello,
It seems that the new attributes I added when editing the product are still in the form of drop-down menus by default
Because I have a wide variety of product styles, every time I edit a product, I need to add new attributes
Also, I would like to know if the theme support for text attributes can add borders as before

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Our attribute swatches can be enabled for global attributes only. You can’t enable our theme’s swatch functionality for the custom attribute created for the product only.

2303805254ParticipantHello
I’m not talking about color swatches; I’m talking about enabling a non-dropdown menu style for custom attributes created for a product.
I want to set both preset global attributes and product-specific attributes to a non-dropdown menu style, just like before.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Currently, WoodMart’s non-dropdown (swatch/text) styling works only with global attributes created under Products > Attributes. Custom attributes added directly to individual products will always display as dropdowns.
If you want both global and product-specific attributes to have non-dropdown styling, this would require custom development or third party, as the theme does not support swatches or text-style layouts for custom product attributes by default.

2303805254ParticipantHello Aizaz Imtiaz Awan,
Are you considering adding a function to enable or disable the drop-down menu for properties in the next version?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Currently, non-dropdown (swatch/text) styles are intentionally limited to global attributes. If you want attributes in drop down, disable the swatch type from products > attributes > configure term and disable the swatch, then the variations will show in drop down.
For adding feature request, you can leave a future request here – https://woodmart.canny.io/feature-requests so our developers will take it into account.
Best Regards,
