Hi for some reason i cannot change the products columns.. it is set to 6 but they are always showing 4 you can have a look here, please help

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us and provide FTP access as well.

Thanks this all worked out fine, one small thing is that i cannot change the menu and sub menu text colour to black since it is grey

You can change the font by means of Advanced typography option, which allows to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

I did remove all plugins, issue still the same. please help. when updating product or deleting product in checkout everything disappears and have to refresh or go back

what default theme shall i use for woo-commerce?

You can check our demo, and there is no problem. I suspect that the problem is caused by incorrect Woocommerce settings. You can check on the free Storefront theme.
