Product Count Issue on Shop Page

We are facing an issue on our shop that the no of products count in some categories is not showing correctly i am attaching a screenshots of the error

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue. I suspect that the issue caused by a cache plugin.

I am facing another issue on shop some categories are showing their subcategories but some are directly showing their products instead of showing categories please look into this issue and fix it For example this is a main category

it is directly showing products instead of showing sub categories
and this sub category is showing its sub categories

You can set showing only categories in the Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product catalog > set “Show subcategories”
