Hello,

i have issue when create some products block in bakery builder. No items returned in data sorrce, i want filted products by category, categories exists bud not working, you can see it in attachment, ajax call ok, but no category returned back to filter products which should displayed in block.

Can you help please?

Such may happen when no products are assigned to the category.

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area and the product URL where we can check the issue. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Then switch to the parent theme and check how it works.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
