You can use Woocommerce builder of WoodMart allowing you to create custom templates for product pages and other functional pages that are not editable by default. Woocommerce builder is the inbuilt functionality widget included in the builder you use on the site. You can create a custom layout and choose the predefined layout design:

Sorry to say you cannot use the shortcode for elementor widgets. You can simply create this design in the elementor by the help of elementor widgets by drag and drop.
