Product Enquiry Form on Product Detail Page

I want to add a button on every product detail page by default – clicking on which should open up a contact form for each product

Contact forms 7 plugin is not compatible with current wordpress update Untested with your version of WordPress. Contact Form 7 5.1.1

Is there another form we can use to get this to work
Also, how to add HTML block and create a row with a popup element if the wp bakery does not show on that page.

Do you want one and the same form for all the products or individual? In any case, you can do it by means of Popu up elements in HTML blocks https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#before_after or https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#custom_tab

As for the contact form 7, please deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check again.

Our theme allows adding one global tab “shipping and delivery” (however you can show your own content instead)

One more option is the local tab which is added individually on the product page.
