Product evaluation and home page

Welcome
I have two problems
1 – When there is no evaluation of the product, the evaluation stars do not appear below the product name
And if there is an evaluation on the product, the evaluation stars appear
How can I make the rating stars fixed, whether there is a rating or not

2 – I want to remove Home from the home page. I want it to be the name of the store only

01. Go to Theme Setting -> Product Archive -> Product Styles -> enable the option Show empty star rating. Show empty star rating even if the product has no ratings.

02. Please Go to Settings >> Reading and set the Shop page as Homepage.

Empty star rating only for the grid product like as: https://ibb.co/zskzjsB.
Sorry there is no option to display an empty star rating on a single product page.

For the Single product Review Go to Theme Setting -> Single Product Page -> Reviews.
