I am contacting you regarding an issue I am experiencing with the product filters in the WoodMart theme. I am using the built-in AJAX filters provided by WoodMart, without any third-party filter plugins.

I have noticed a discrepancy between the product counts shown in the front-end filters and the product counts displayed in the WordPress admin for the same attribute terms. For example, in the admin panel, the attribute term “Neuf” is assigned to 50 products, while on the shop page filter sidebar, the same term displays only 32 products. This issue occurs with multiple filters such as Etat, Couleur, and Taille. The price filter works correctly, which suggests the issue is specific to taxonomy-based filters.

    Hello,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Thank you in advance

I hope this message finds you well.
Due to security considerations, I am uncomfortable providing direct admin access to my WordPress and hosting accounts. I hope you understand that this is a standard security practice to protect sensitive data and maintain account integrity.
Alternative Solution – Ultraviewer Remote Session:
Instead, I would like to suggest using Ultraviewer for a remote support session. This approach would allow you to assist me effectively while I can monitor everything you’re doing in real-time, which addresses my security concerns while still enabling you to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
    If You Agree:
If you are comfortable with this alternative approach, I will gladly share my Ultraviewer ID and password with you. However, we will need to coordinate the timing carefully as I am located in the GMT+1 timezone.
    My Availability:
I can be available for the remote session from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM (GMT+1) daily. Please let me know your preferred time, and I will confirm my availability to match your schedule.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. I look forward to your response.
    Best regards,

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

    Kind Regards

Thank you for your suggestion regarding the staging site.
Creating a staging environment would take considerable time and effort on my end. To expedite the resolution, I’m willing to provide you with temporary admin access to my main WordPress website.
Could you please share your email address? I will create a temporary admin account for you, which I can remove once the issue is resolved.
    Thank you for your assistance.

In this case, you can use any random email for the account. Then share this email/username and password via the Private Content field so I can check.

You need to regenerate lookup tables to fix this issue. You can do this in WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools https://gyazo.com/509e19ae76d84343a9e06e3309a9fc8c
