    Hi there,

Loving the Woodmart theme, but unfortunately ran into an issue.

I made a custom attribute in Woocommerce, ‘Allergenen’, and assigned various values to products belonging to a certain Woocommerce product category.

Next, with Woodmart Layouts I made several Product Archives for each of the Woocommerce product categories defined in Elementor.

I choose one of the pre-layouts, which included the Productfilter. Several Default WooCommerce filters showed up and I was able to select our custom attribute ‘Allergenen’.

Great. But… It is only showing in Elementor (see attached screenshot), but not on the front-end part (see attached link).

Any insight or guidance is greatly appreciated.

    Ruud

    Hello,

I have visited your site and the filers are showing fine on your site:

Sometimes, outdated or cached files can cause display issues. Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache.

    Best Regards.

    Hello Aizaz,

Yes, the default WooCommerce attributes/filters show up and work properly. It is the product attribute we made ourselves that is not visible, only in the back-end (see my screenshot in the previous post), but not in the front-end (see your screenshot). We work in Elementor but applied a preset layout of Woodmart.

I was hoping more people run into this and that it would ring a bell.

    Best regards, Ruud
