Product grid on shop page and Dokan store page

Could you please guide me how to make shop page on mobile as on this print screen?
This we would like to have it on general shop page and also on Dokan store page

i mean to make the grid with 3 products per row and make the product item more compact , with add to cart button smaller with a “+” sign perhaps and then + – would appear to add more items of this product.
