    Hello,

Sorry to say but we have visited your Site Shop page > selected the 6 per row style for the Grid > the Load More button was still working fine: https://t-shirt-bedrucken.eu/staging/shop/?shop_view=grid&per_row=6

So, we can’t seem to find any issues with that.

We also confirmed from the Test Site too. It was also working fine there, here is the URL from the Test Site: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/shop/page/2?per_row=6&shop_view=grid

If we misunderstood you then kindly, please elaborate your issue more with an image or video. What exact issue are you facing in this regard? Also, please share that exact Page URL with WP-ADMIN Login details too so that we can better understand and check accordingly.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

Sorry to say but we have confirmed from the Test Site, the ALL button is working fine if the Load More button is selected for the Shop Page. So, this seems to be a third party Plugin conflict on your Site. Can you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, then remaining the third party Plugins deactivated please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Best Regards

How can i complete deactivate the Woodmart Filter Function?
I use the PWF Woocommerce Filter.
    Tis is the Conflict.

If i deactivate the PWF Filter and want switch between 50 or 100 or all Items the Load time is very long.
With PWF Filter the Load Time is shorter.

Or how can i reduce the Load Time with Woodmart Filter?
And can i filter all like PWF Filter:

    Price
    Attributes
    pa_color
    Stock Status
    and so on …..

    Hello,

You can change the number of products from the Theme Settings >> Product Archive >> Products Grid >> https://ibb.co/K0Mt0vQ

Also, I did not understand the load time of the Woodmart filter. Can you please explain where do you want to change the time? Please share any videos or screenshots for better understanding.

    Best Regards.

    Here some Load Time Examples:

    With activated PWF Filter

    without pwf filter 1

without pwf filter 2 – load all items

    I think is very long.
    How to decrease?

    Hello,

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved.

Otherwise, keep the 3rd party plugin deactivated and send me the WP admin login details so I will check and solve the issue.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

Sorry to say but it seems that they were getting displayed none as we are viewing through the Inspect tool.

When we further check this on your Site under the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > we found that a CSS pasted display: none in this regard. See the image for reference: https://ibb.co/G2gTMbf

So, we have comment-out that CSS and now the hidden Images were showing fine: https://ibb.co/74pTQJ3

    Other Mobile Problem:

Woodmart Search brings very little Product Views.
    Customers can’t see the Products.

I need it like Image two.
    Shop View with one Column.
    Need custom CSS?

    Best Regards

    Hello,

Sorry, this is not possible. There is no custom CSS code for this. It will break the other things on the mobile menu.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
