Product image

The product image on single product page is to big. I dont remember it to be like this before.
And the images are different size on all product pages.
I would like them to keep the same size and porpotions. What is the best way and where do I make the settings.

The best solution is to upload images of the same size. If you cannot upload images of the same size, try to upload pictures of equal length at least.
