product image cropped in carousel but in shop page appear normal

1- how view image in carousel not cropped ?
2- how to keep same cell height even image small and but image in centre ?

I saw the screenshots you attached.

The Product Images are controlled by WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence this. You can
find the settings for images that WooCommerce provides under Appearance >> Customize >> Product Images.

You can set the image’s appearance according to your needs.

And for the carousel not have same height please provide the URL of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
