Product image not changing when selecting another variation/color

On product with multiple variations/colors, the main image is not changing when another variation is selected. Here is a link to a product page for reference:

This just started occurring after the last theme update.

Please edit Product Attribute and enable Change product image on attribute click option https://prnt.sc/OFlxnJhoLRbm
Then, edit the terms of the attribute and upload Image Swatch.

Enable the Additional variations images option in Theme Settings > Shop > Variable products: https://take.ms/aRzS2 and upload appropriate images to the variations: https://take.ms/MiDHc Then the images will change by clicking on the swatches.

Thanks for your response.
All of the image swatches have already been uploaded, and there are close to 500 variations. It doesn’t make sense to have to re-upload or edit them individually.
This issue only began after updating the theme. Can you confirm whether this is a known bug in the latest release, and if so, provide a patch or guidance on fixing it without manually editing hundreds of variations?
See below for our website login information. Could you possibly take a look at the backend and check for what is causing this issue?

You are currently using only the Variation Image Gallery, which is why the variation image changes instead of the main image. Please try adding the main image to each variation and then check how it works.

That gets the image to change when clicking on the other variation, but it changes the swatch image to a product photo. See attached screenshot. We need the swatches to remain visible. Can you take another look and advise?

Now check back your site and check the “4295-33 Wessex Fabric Recliner” product
