We are currently facing a issue with the product page (image). While you are logged inin as admin the product thumbnail show normal (image attached logged in), but when enter as normal visitor the thumbnail show or pretty small or no show in some cases..

I saw the screenshot you attached. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme.
Clear cache and check back. If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
