I have uploaded 2 products, but the photos of the product are not one size, but all the products in your demo are one size. How do I make your demo like this?

If it is a Product Grid / Product AJAX Tab elements, you need to set the design https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/product-grid-carousel-element/

If it is in the shop/category page, you can set the design in the Theme Settings > Shop > Product Style.
