Product label New

Hi

We are inserting products and assume automatically the labe New, which we don’t want.

So we tried placing a date on the option “Mark product as “New” till date” to 01-05-2022 but still the lable New appears https://onlinecork.pt/novo/index.php/product/backpack-water-green/

Is it possible that by default the products aren’t set has New?

And why doesn’t the date on “Mark product as “New” till date” work?

Hello,

Please set zero in the Automatic “New” label period in the Theme Settings > Shop > Product labels.

In this case, the new label would appear if you manually enable it in a certain product.
