Product multiple images issue

Hi,
I used to have multiple images on my products but it seems that is not working anymore.
Also, i’m not able to chose the product thumbnail that I want. This feature is not working.

It seems I have the same problem as this user and I tried your recommansation

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and update all the plugins related to the theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us to check.

This issue may be connected to the PHP max input vars limit parameter in your web server configuration. You can check the current value for this parameter in your Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> System status. Usually, this parameter is not allowed to be changed on shared hostings so you will need to contact your server providers and ask to increase this limit. Recommended value for this is 5000

I contacted my hosting support and we changed the value for 5000.
However, the problem is still the same, I’m able to see only 1 product.
We are launching the website ASAP, so thanks in advance for your help.
