Product options not underlining when selected

    We have a few products with a few hundred product variables. It seems that if the product has a lot of options, when a user clicks on each option they’re not being underlined to show they’re selected. They’re definitely selected as the site will allow it to be added to the cart.

    It is very weird that variations don’t work with products that have hundreds of variations. But it may need deep investigation, could you please provide your admin access and FTP credentials so we could perform some troubleshooting on your web-site?

    Many thanks.

    I’ve been playing around with turning “Swatches on products 2.0” on and off and have managed to fix it however it then breaks other products. Here’s what’s happening:

    Swatches on products 2.0 OFF
    Default Form Values SET on Zion product page
    Products options then work fine here: http://bit.ly/2cMwIAL
    However, product options on this product don’t allow you to change the colour without first resetting the options on this product: http://bit.ly/2cFYDpL

    Products options look like they’re working fine, however, if a user clicks an option which is already selected, or if they reset the options, when they select options they’re not being underlined: http://bit.ly/2cMwIAL

    You wrote that when you have disable 2.0 swatches in Theme Settings they work find for TCS Zion 2 Person Reception Desk with Double Front Panels is it correct? We have just disabled this on your web-site, please double check it.

    Nearly, however, if I select an option, then click the same option again to un-select it, it does get un-selected (stops it from being added to the cart), however it’s still underlined.

    Same when I click reset. It un-selects all options, but they’re all still under lined.

    I’ve updated today to 2.3, however the problem’s come back. I’m guessing it’s because the fix isn’t applied to this update. We’ve reverted back to 2.2 for the time being.

    Can the fix be applied to future updates? If not, how can we update without loosing the fix?

    We didn’t add this bug fix in the 2.3 version because it was developed specially for you. We will definitely find some general solution in our next update. So better to keep 2.2 version for now.

    Hi again. I’ve just tried updating from version 2.7.1 to 2.11, however the fix seams to have stopped working again.
