Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, then activate one by one to detect which one causes the problem. Footer does not collapse widgets on other mobiles as well.

Most problems are caused by plugin conflict or custom code added to the child theme. That is why first of all I aks deactivate the plugins and disable the child theme. IM the most cases the issue is solved.
