product page error

I have the theme product settings set up as “compact” on my website for the product page.

The issue is when you navigate to any product on the website, the images do not display how they are suppose to.

*It only displays properly after reloading the page.

Attached the picture of how it looks when you first click on the product. Please fix!

You need to update the theme to the latest version available on themeforest – 3.3.

if i do that will i loose all of my data?

ok its updated to 3.3 , i am still getting that image error
