The demo you are referring to is using a Custom Product layout, which is built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Navigate to Layouts > add a new layout for a single product page, and use the icon box element to create something like this in the page builder.

If you do not want to use the custom layout for this, try to create an HTML block and use the icon box element to create something like this.
Then, navigate to the Theme Settings > Single product > Add to Cart >> Add the content in the form of HTML Block after the “Add to cart button”.
